HZ Foundry G.E.T parts are designed to achieve Hardness HRC ¡Ý 48¡ã-53¡ã, and Impact strength akv ¡Ý 25j/cm2.

 

We offer OEM services for oversea brands. For manufacturers, HZ foundry can change the Logo on any of the parts. Buyers logo and lables are also welcome!

 

Chemical Content

All bucket teeth and adapter casting are poured from the highest quality premium alloy steels. This allows HZ(Turbo) teeth and adpater to deliver the long lasting wearablitiy and ruggedness.

 

Heat Treatment

 

We use state of art heat treatment process to ensure required Hardness and Impact strenght.
